SYNCHRONIZED SKATING POLICIES

FUNDRAISING POLICY

There are many fundraising opportunities that are organized by our club. 

Fundraising is purely voluntary and all credits raised are directly applied to your skating fees. 

The policy of the Edmonton Synchronized Skating Club is that up to 50% of your total season fees can be paid via gaming fundraising (i.e. BINGOs & Casinos) executed from now through to March of the current skating season.  Other fundraising opportunities can be used to cover your remaining fees.

Fundraising credits cannot be used to purchase club apparel.

COSTUME POLICY

All competition dresses and accessories remain the property of the Edmonton Synchronized Skating Club throughout the competitive season.  

At the end of the season, costumes will be gifted to the skater if the member account is in good standing.

LATE PAYMENT/DECLINED CREDIT CARD

A fee of $25 Will be added to accounts when a credit card payment is declined. If the account is not in good standing the following month, a $25 fee will be added for each late/missed payment.
