ESSC has a variety of fundraising opportunities available to athletes participating in our synchronized skating programs. Our current fundraising activities include:

Season 2026 - 2027 Fundraisers include:
BOTTLE DRIVES (July 2026 & October 2026)
Teams may choose to organize additional bottle drives (separate from the mandatory club commitment for Youth teams). Funds raised in additional bottle drives would be divided by participants and applied directly to skater fees.
This fundraiser runs until September 28. Delivery will be on October 7. Depending on the products purchased, skaters will receive between 20-30% per item. This will be tallied and credited to your skater’s Uplifter account. All orders are online with the deadline of September 28. Please ensure that your skater’s full name and team are noted in the “Additional Comments” for all orders.
50/50 SEASON DEBUT & 50/50 Year End Gala
Half of the raffle funds sold go directly to the club.
ADDITIONAL FUNDRAISERS
The fundraising coordinator may offer additional fundraisers throughout the season. All proceeds earned from these campaigns will go directly to skater fees
Options may include: Little Caesar’s, Purdy’s Chocolates, Gift Cards, etc.
Casino
1 Mandatory casino shift per December 9 - 10, 2026
Funds raised go directly to the club and are used to subsidize travel, ice costs, etc.
Executive Board Members are exempt from working a Casino shift.
Castledowns Bingo
(for skaters only)

Any BINGOs worked will earn an account credit of $125/shift.

Bingo Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
- Cancellations: 48-hour notice is required. Failure to comply will result in a $100.00 penalty. To cancel out of a scheduled bingo, please contact the Bingo Coordinator at 780-240-2485 or suelebeuf2014@hotmail.com
. For emergency cancellations, please contact Sue Lebeuf. If you are unable to get a hold of Sue, leave a message on her cell phone. - No Shows: A "no show" will result in a $150.00 penalty per person/ per bingo. No Exceptions!
- Emergency Cancellation: In the event of an emergency cancellation, please contact Bingo Coordinator Sue Lebeuf at 780-240-2485. If you are unable to reach Sue, please contact someone from the board. Penalties may or may not apply depending on the emergency.
