SYNCHRONIZED SKATING POLICIES
Refund Policy
Registration must be completed within 14 days of being offered a skater position on an Edmonton Synchronized Skating team. A team deposit is due immediately upon registration. Any late registrations will be assessed a $25 late fee. Team deposits are non-refundable.
In the event that a skater is unable to complete the season due to medical reasons, a partial refund will be considered for any fees not already paid or committed by the Club. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the executive and accompanied by a medical doctor’s note.
Any skater leaving a team for non-medical reasons is responsible for paying all outstanding fees.
All refunds are subject to a $25 admin fee.
Fundraising Policy
Fundraising is purely voluntary and all credits raised are directly applied to your individual skating fees.
The policy of the Edmonton Synchronized Skating Club is that up to 100% of your total season fees can be paid via gaming fundraising (i.e. BINGOs and Casinos) executed from now through to March of the current skating season.
Fundraising credits cannot be used to purchase club apparel.
Late Payments/Declined Credit Card Transaction
A fee of $25 Will be added to accounts when a credit card payment is declined. If the account is not in good standing the following month, a $25 fee will be added for each late/missed payment.
Costume Policy
All competition dresses and accessories remain the property of the Edmonton Synchronized Skating Club throughout the competitive season. At the end of the season, costumes will be gifted to the skater if the member account is in good standing.
