REFUND POLICIES
LEARN-TO-SKATE
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Edmonton Synchronized Skating Club and all refunds are subject to a $25 admin fee.
Requests for withdrawal from a learn-to-skate program before the withdraw date will be issued a refund.
Any requests for withdrawal from a learn-to-skate program after the withdraw date will be considered for medical reasons only. A written request must be sent to the club with a medical doctor’s note. A pro-rated credit will be issued which can be used for future enrolment.
Skate Canada membership fees are not refundable after the withdraw date.
If a skater in the Pre-Canskate program is not ready for group instruction, as determined by the coach, a pro-rated credit will be issued for future enrolment less the Skate Canada membership fee.
The Edmonton Synchronized Skating Club does not offer any make-up classes or refunds for missed classes.
All credits issued in the above scenarios are non-transferable. Any credits issued are valid for 18 months.
